Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Raunak Patil and Ghanshyam Paunikar ("we"), the developers of Zeul. By using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The app
Zeul lets you browse, preview, download and set wallpapers. Some wallpapers are unlocked by watching an ad; some features may require a paid subscription in the future. We may add, change or remove wallpapers and features at any time.
2. Your licence to use wallpapers
Wallpapers are owned by us or by the artists and rights holders who licensed them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download them and use them as the wallpaper or lock screen of your own devices. You may not:
- sell, redistribute, re-upload or share the image files, including in other apps or websites;
- use them commercially (merchandise, marketing, NFTs, prints for sale and so on);
- remove watermarks or credits, or claim them as your own;
- bulk-download, scrape or copy the collection by any automated means.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. You're responsible for keeping access to it secure. You can delete it at any time from Profile → Delete account or via our deletion page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example fake downloads, scraping or attempts to break security).
4. Ads and purchases
The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads unlock a wallpaper once you've watched the ad. If an ad can't be shown, we may unlock the wallpaper anyway. Any subscriptions are billed by Google Play under Google Play's terms and can be cancelled in the Play Store; any free trial and renewal terms are shown before you buy.
5. Copyright complaints
We respect creators' rights. If you believe a wallpaper infringes your copyright or trademark, use Report in the app or email zeulwallpapers@gmail.com with the wallpaper's name, proof of ownership and your contact details. We review complaints promptly and remove infringing content.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no interfering with its servers, no automated access, no attempts to avoid ads by tampering with the app, and no fraudulent ad clicks.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is". We try hard to keep it working and the content appropriate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your device. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have in your own country.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Questions: zeulwallpapers@gmail.com.
